amazing stay
clean hotel comfortable beds helpful staff valued presence
the hotel was clean. the beds provided excellent comfort. every staff member i encountered acted very nice and helpful. they really valued my presence there.
This did slightly affect the initial impression.

The boat transportation to the theme parks was very efficient. the hotel provides a walkway. It goes around the lake. proximity to universal studio is definitely a big plus, very convenient.

The food in the club lounge was delicious. there was an italian focus to the dinner entrees. It gave a unique touch. the food options were excellent!!! i found plenty of variety during my meals.

The room was very large and comfy. the bathroom featured a separated toilet room. This was convenient. bedding was amazing!!! the room had a beautiful view. This added to the experience.

the water taxi service was useful to travel to the parks. i appreciated the convenient text notifications when the room was ready. the pool was also a nice feature .
a full bill statement was not available upon request at check-out. the breakfast was somewhat modest given the cost.

fantastic villa upgrade!
villa upgrade great air conditioning quick water delivery
I was so happy with my villa upgrade! the air conditioning worked wonderfully after hot park days! i got water delivered every 10 minutes to city walk! the entire place felt super clean and cozy. I definitely plan to return!
The pillows were too hard, and i wish they had softer options. This impacted my sleep quality! i hope they consider providing a variety of pillow types in the future!

The staff provided frequent boat transfers, operating every ten minutes to the parks. The unlimited express pass was a definite benefit and enhanced the overall value. Staff friendliness made everything better!

The room service proved really good, delivering promptly and maintaining high standards. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and satisfied all preferences! i appreciated the great choices and good food.
