Our stay at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel was filled with both highlights and disappointments. While the amenities and proximity to Universal Studios were fantastic, our experience was marred by noise issues and room downgrades. The staff made genuine efforts to assist us, which we appreciated.

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Loews Portofino Bay. The grounds are stunning and provide a lovely atmosphere to unwind, and the water taxi to the theme parks is a fun bonus. The express passes made our park visits stress-free. However, the room we stayed in showed signs of wear and tear, which was a bit disappointing considering the price.
